By tracking and aggregating reports, the platform facilitates collaboration between local governments, utility companies, and residents to ensure timely problem resolution.

2. Report an issue in your mtaa

To report an Issue about your mtaa, simply follow these steps:

Search for your mtaa in the search bar or zoom in to your mataa on the map using the mouse scroll.

Click on the map and a popup will appear.

Select the three main Issues affecting your mtaa.

If any issue is not available in the options, write it in the others section and click on the submit button.

3. Submitting a satisfaction report

To submit your satisfaction with amenities follow these steps:

Search for your amenity in the search bar or click on it's icon.

Click on view and add coments link.

A form will appear.

Drag on the slider to choose the level of staisfaction.

Add the satisfaction comment and click on submit.
